A masked man choked a woman with a belt prior to dragging her at the rear of a motor vehicle and raping her on a New York street, a chilling CCTV video reveals.

The man, who has not been determined yet, experienced his encounter covered with a white fabric when he approached the woman from at the rear of. In the movie, he seems to have a temporary dialogue with her just before she walks absent. Seconds just after she moves, the person pulls out a loop built of a belt, flings it over her head and violently yanks it dragging her to the floor. 

With the belt however tightly in his grasp, he drags her together the sidewalk as she passes out. He, then, pulls her in between two parked cars exactly where he raped her right before fleeing the scene, police said.

The incident happened all around 3 am on May perhaps 1 in the Bronx neighbourhood of the metropolis. The 45-year-old target was going for walks home when she was attacked.

The survivor was taken to a close by medical center for remedy and is in a secure problem. In accordance to a report by US media, the survivor has stopped cooperating with authorities.

The New York Law enforcement are still hunting for the male and have released a description of the attacker. They explained the person as 5 feet 9 inches tall, sporting a black “Gap” sweatshirt, white trousers and black-crimson-white sneakers.
